How about a big fat YUM! Great alternative to rice. I bought mine at Trader Joe's. Cooks exactly like rice. These funky little grainy specs explode from their shells to leave disturbing little rings. After cooking I really was not open to something so delicious because of its looks. Try it. Its amazing! Oh sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese... like couscous =o)
